Isaac Antwi-Boasiako, MPRII
Isaac Antwi-Boasiako, MPRII, is a PhD candidate in International Communications, specialising in Public Diplomacy and Public Relations.
He holds a Master’s degree in International Relations (Development and Security) from the University of Plymouth, UK, a Master’s in Theology from Adam Mickiewicz University in Poland, a First Class Honours BA in Philosophy and Social Sciences from KNUST in Ghana, and a Postgraduate Diploma in Higher Education Teaching and Learning from University College Cork, Ireland.
With extensive experience in international relations, public diplomacy, and strategic communications, Isaac has published articles in peer-reviewed journals, contributed chapters to books, and presented papers at international symposia and conferences.
He is an Assistant Lecturer at the School of Media, Technological University Dublin, and a full member of the Public Relations Institute of Ireland (MPRII). Fluent in Polish and English, he brings expertise in governance and sustainable development to pan-African policy circles.
Abdirahman Abdi Ahmed
is a seasoned public servant, development expert, and humanitarian leader committed to peace, inclusive governance, and sustainable development in Somalia. He is the founder of the Africa Center for Diplomacy and Public Policy and currently serves as Minister of Planning, Investment, and International Cooperation in Jubaland. He has previously held key roles as Minister of Interior, Youth, and Humanitarian Affairs.
Abdirahman has led major initiatives in refugee reintegration, youth empowerment, disaster management, and development planning, earning recognition from international partners and forums. He holds a Master’s in Peace, Governance, and Development and is an alumnus of leadership and diplomacy programs in Kenya, France, and Poland.
His work reflects a strong commitment to building resilient institutions and advancing a better future for Somalia and Africa.

Patrick Maluki, pHD
Dr. Patrick Maluki is an accomplished scholar, trainer, and consultant in diplomacy, international conflict management, negotiation, mediation, international political economy, governance, human rights, and peacebuilding. He is an Associate Professor and Director at the Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies, University of Nairobi. Dr. Maluki chairs the Council of the Foreign Service Academy, the Diplomacy Scholars Association of Kenya, and co-chairs the Sustainable Development Solutions Network–Kenya Chapter. With over 20 years of experience, he has trained diplomats, security officials, and policy leaders at institutions including the IPSTC, National Defence College, and Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Dr. Maluki is widely published and has led key research initiatives on radicalization, terrorism, governance, and sustainable development. He holds a PhD in Peace and Conflict Studies and master’s and bachelor’s degrees in international studies and education, respectively.
